Dominic “Speedy” Troncale

It is with great sadness that the Troncale family announces the passing of Dominic Charles Troncale (Speedy), 67, of Simi Valley, California, he passed away on October 28th surrounded by his wife Nancy and children Nick and Jennifer after a battle with cancer.


Service and Celebration of life will be held at Cornerstone Church on December 2nd at 10:00 AM with Pastor Todd Nighswonger of Cornerstone Church officiating.


Speedy was born in Los Angeles, California to Nick and Marjorie Troncale on October 12th, 1956. Speedy was preceded in birth by his older sisters Joanie and Debbie. The family relocated to Simi Valley, Ca. in 1962. He went to Royal high School and graduated in 1975. He joined the Air Force after graduation and went to Lackland Air Force Base in Texas for basic training and was then stationed at Norton Air Force Base in California. Upon his Honorable discharge he returned to Simi Valley where he met his wife Nancy. Speedy and Nancy were married on September 20th, 1980 in Simi Valley. They had two children Nick and Jennifer who were the light of Speedy’s life. After a 43 year career in Construction as a heavy equipment operator, Speedy retired to spend more time golfing, fishing, and enjoying time with family and friends.


Speedy is survived by his wife Nancy Troncale; his son Nick Troncale and daughter-in-law Jennifer Troncale; his daughter Jennifer Lamb, son-in-law Jacob Lamb and granddaughter Jordyn Lamb; sister Joanie Kelton; nieces Kathy Becker
and Karry Plaskoff; nephews Jason Van Vlymen and Brian Van Vlymen, and his mother in-law Patricia Foster. He is preceded in death by his parents Nick and Marjorie Troncale, and Sister Deborah Van Vlymen.


We will forever love and miss you.
