Hello Scaringe Family I have 2 memories The first one is when Bill drove my sister and me to Venice Beach for breakfast. He was excited he could drive in the special lane on the freeway because he had more than 2 passengers in the vehicle. I will never forget how Bill gave change to all the homeless, as we walked on the beach. The second memory is funny: I remember when Bill decided to rent an RV to drive across country to visit Ellen Marie’s family. He said it was like “a Griswold Vacation”. Thankfully, they made back home and the RV was still drivable. I love ❤️ you Bill and will miss you. I Praise God because He has prepared a place for you and I will see you again. Ruby Kimmons
